PAGE 1 :: I'm calling these pieces"sculptural" because they are sculpture, and for the practical reason that they aren't pillows or jewelry! Some are all felt, while most have beaded and stitched embellishment. Some are guaranteed to brighten both room and mood, others are more mysterious and invite contemplation.  

Mod Flowers
Bright and sassy flowers in joyful wake-up colors.
Needle-felted modern flowers are 4" to 5" diameter.
Stems approx. 15" tall

Alpine Flowers
In the cold wet alpine zone of some mountains grow very odd plant forms that are found nowhere else on the planet. These strangely-shaped "other world" plants are like living sculptures. They were the visual inspiration for these felted flower forms that I call my Alpine Flowers.

These mysterious hand needle-felted flower forms are very soft to the touch and soothing to the soul. They're gently bead-embellished and embroidered with beautiful earthy yarns that have a glint of metallic thread. Flowers vary from 5" to 7" in diameter on 12" hand-beaded stems.

Flamingo Sculpture

Silvery beaded and sequined with a pearl necklace, this fancy felted flamingo is about 4" wide, 9" tall. When standing in a watery-look glass vase filled with blue glass pebbles, this cool bird stands about 12" tall. Vase 3"dia. x 6" tall
